Dennis Jones & Associates is a computer consulting and software development firm located in Camdenton, Missouri.  Founded in 1985 by Dennis Jones, we have specialized in software for City and County government for nearly 20 years.  Since 1988 we have held a close focus on software for Prosecuting / District Attorneys.  Our Bad Check Prosecution System is our most popular product, with over 1/3 of all Missouri counties using it.

For several years beginning in 1985, we maintained a formal Business Partner relationship with IBM, through which we were responsible for marketing and technical support for their AS/400 midrange computer systems within our specified territories.    In 1992 we were the recipient of the Heartland Trading Area (Missouri-Kansas)  Business Partner of the Year award.   However, by 1998 marketing IBM products no longer fit into our business plan, so we dissolved that relationship in favor of focusing our attention on  software development and support.

Today, we concentrate on software solutions for  Prosecuting Attorneys / District Attorneys.  Our suite of Prosecutor software has developed as a result of feedback and requests from our existing customer base and from prospective customer inquiries.  Our goal is to provide software that is easy to use, full-featured, and compliant with the needs and requirements of your office.

Technical:
Our recent applications have been developed using the ANSA Visual RPG (AVR) programming language.  ASNA (Amalgamated Software of North America) has been developing visual programming software since 1982, and has over 200,000 users and 27 international distributors.  AVR is designed so that it can utilize its own database or an AS/400 database without development changes.   AVR also provides us the tool to develop applications for Windows environment, web, and .NET.
